Cat on Hat Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Time (When Your Hat Gets Made)
All Cat on Hat gear is crafted on demand by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on production volume and product type—nearly all orders ship out within this window

Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Once your cat-worthy hat is ready, shipping times vary by destination and chosen shipping method:

** United States & Canada**

  • Standard Flat Rate (3–4 business days)

  • CO₂-Offset Standard (3–4 business days) — same timing with greener shipping

  • Express (1–3 business days) 

** International (Shipping from US/Canada)**

  • Standard Flat Rate (5–20 business days)

  • CO₂-Offset Standard (5–20 business days)

  • DDP – Delivered Duties Paid (Canada only): 3–5 business days, up to 12 days for Atlantic regions 

  • Express (1–3 business days)

** International (Shipping from Europe)**

  • Standard Flat Rate (5–20 business days)

  • CO₂-Offset Standard (5–20 business days)

  • DDP (UK only): 3–7 business days

  • Express (1–3 business days)

Important: Delivery time is the sum of fulfillment and shipping estimates. Since Printful integrates multiple carriers and locations, actual delivery may vary slightly 

Shipping Costs & Multi-Item Orders

  • Shipping rates are calculated per order and based on product category, destination, and shipping method.

  • Some items—like snapback hats, baseball caps (our core products), mugs, posters, etc.—might be shipped separately, which can increase costs slightly .

  • We recommend setting products like hats to match Printful’s “single product” shipping rates to maintain profitability .

Shipping Calculators & Live Rates

  • You can view flat-rate shipping estimates for each product in the Printful “Shipping” tab in the Product Catalog or use the shipping rate calculator for bulk estimations Optionally, you can enable live carrier rates (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL) via Shopify integration to give customers real-time pricing and express options 

Countries We Can’t Ship To
Due to legal and carrier restrictions, we currently are unable to ship to:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk (Ukraine region)

  • Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea 

Delayed Shipment Handling
If you haven’t received your hat by its Estimated Delivery Date (EDD)—the sum of fulfillment and shipping time—please allow an extra 5 business days, as delays (like weather or customs) can happen

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country’s rules. These are not controlled by us—or Printful—so it’s wise to check with your local customs office before purchasing
