Cat on Hat Return Policy

At Cat on Hat, we want you to love your hat! All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful. Because of this, our return policy follows their guidelines.
Misprints, Damage, or Defects
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you can submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your product. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you if it’s an error on our part.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please reach out as soon as you notice an issue.
Reporting a Problem
If you notice any problems with your order, please contact us immediately by submitting a problem report. We’re here to help!
Return Address
All returns are sent to Printful's facility. When a return is received, you’ll get an automated email notification. Any returns left unclaimed after 30 days will be donated to charity.
⚠️ If a different return address is used, you (the customer) will be responsible for handling any returned items.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect or insufficient shipping address is provided, the shipment will be returned to Printful. Reshipping will be at your expense once we confirm the correct address with you.
Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed packages are returned to Printful. Reshipping costs for unclaimed orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Buyer’s Remorse & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Since every hat is made to order, exchanges for different sizes or styles will need to be placed as a new order at your expense.
Note: For hygiene reasons, items like face masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
EU Consumers
In accordance with EU law, returns are not accepted for:

Custom-made or personalized goods.
Final Notes

Unclaimed or incorrect address returns, without prior arrangements, will be donated to charity at your cost.
